The remuneration for services which were provided by PLICKA & PARTNERS shall either be negotiated in a contractual form or based on the bar remuneration rate – Decree of the Ministry of Justice No. 177/1996 Coll., on the lawyers’ remuneration and fees for the provision of legal services, as amended.
