Lenka Rozsypal Tollerianová

Lenka Rozsypal Tollerianová joined us in 2022 from a smaller law firm, where she dealt with private law, such as employment, family, contract, intellectual property, and corporate law. She was part of the team dealing with litigation and insolvency. During her studies, she also completed an internship at the criminal section of the Regional Court in Ostrava. She would like to focus more on the criminal law as part of her work at PLICKA & PARTNERS. The amendment to the Criminal Code, which tightened penalties for animal cruelty, authored by Robert Plicka, the founder of our law firm, convinced Lenka, and she decided to send her CV to us. And as Lenka says: "Advocacy is more of a mission than a profession, and one often sacrifices one's private life at the expense of others." We agree with this view and approach, which is why we are glad that Lenka has become part of our team.
