Beáta is an experienced attorney with more than ten years of experience in legal representation of corporations and municipalities. She specializes in project finance, real estate, litigation, and administrative and construction proceedings. She has successfully provided strategic legal advice throughout her career, primarily in financing, construction and development projects, land use planning, EIA, and public procurement administration.
Beáta has extensive experience negotiating and drafting contracts and legal analyses and representing clients in litigation involving commercial disputes, unfair competition, administrative law, and land use planning. In addition to her legal practice, Beáta has also served as Deputy Mayor of the Municipality of Zdiby, where she was responsible for the overall legal agenda of the municipality, including litigation management and approval of zoning and construction projects.
