Petr Burgr

He graduated in Law from the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen. During his studies, he worked as a legal assistant in several law firms, where he gained initial practical experience, particularly in the preparation of legal submissions, client meetings, and court proceedings.
From 2019 to 2025, he worked as a judicial assistant at the District Court for Prague 5, where he gradually gained experience across all divisions of courts of first instance. He gained the most experience in civil and guardianship matters. In June 2024, he successfully passed the selection procedure for the position of judge.
He has been cooperating with our law firm since 2026 and views legal practice as an opportunity to further develop his professional experience and apply the knowledge he acquired, particularly in the area of litigation.
