Kateřina Plachá
attorney-at-law
Kateřina Plachá joined PLICKA & PARTNERS as a collaborating attorney in 2025. Prior to joining our law firm, she worked at a smaller general practice law firm in Olomouc, where she primarily focused on criminal, family, and civil law. She thus has extensive experience in these areas.
Kateřina graduated from the Faculty of Law at Palacký University in Olomouc. She subsequently passed her rigorous state examination and obtained the JUDr. title at the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in the field of criminal law, on which she specializes. She sees advocacy as a mission—a chance to truly help people in difficult life situations and find solutions for them that are right from a legal, practical, and human perspective.
Her decision to collaborate with our firm and become a member of the PLICKA & PARTNERS team stems from our extensive pro bono activities in the field of animal and nature protection, as well as the high moral and ethical standards that Kateřina shares with us. Kateřina lives by the motto that animal rights are as important as human rights, and she believes that during her time at PLICKA & PARTNERS, she will be able to effectively promote and protect these rights.
